One Woman’s Thoughts – part 3

One Woman’s Thoughts

By Susan Morgaine

 #3

They say –

what you don’t know, can’t hurt you

but i can harm you in ways you never dreamt possible

They say –

words are sounds that cannot hurt you

but words are weapons that wound

They say –

actions speak louder than words

but words can be deafening

I close my ears to the pain
